Sometimes all you need is a boost… This smuice (combination of a juice and a smoothie) gives you a bunch of vitamins and the spices (basil and cayenne pepper) give it a nice ‘kick’!
Spicy Vitamin Boost.
- 1 banana
- 1-2 oranges (juiced)
- 1/2 a lemon (juiced)
- 1 grapefruit (juices)
- handful of basil leaves
- pinch of cayenne pepper
Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth! Poor in a glass or jar, sip and enjoy!
